Job Description:
As an Account Manager at Quickbit, your primary responsibility will be to lead our sales efforts for the B2B portfolio, with a strong focus on our cutting-edge crypto payment solution, Quickbit Pay. Your role involves a dynamic range of tasks, from utilizing innovative tools and collaborating with partners for lead generation to initiating and nurturing sales dialogues and meetings. You'll be at the forefront of negotiating contracts and sealing deals.
However, this role goes beyond account management; it's an integral part of our mission to introduce Quickbit Pay to the market successfully. You'll collaborate with our Head of Growth to craft, refine, and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Quickbit. Your contributions will lay the foundation for Quickbit's B2B sales, providing you with tremendous opportunities to pioneer and lead a successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and engaging potential merchants for Quickbit Pay.
- Collaborating with tools and partners for lead generation.
- Conducting sales dialogues and meetings with potential clients.
- Skillfully negotiating contracts and securing deals.
- Contributing to strategic planning for sales initiatives.
- Working closely with the Head of Growth to execute the growth strategy for Quickbit.
Your Main Objectives and Deliverables:
- Establishing sales goals tied to the acquisition of signed merchant contracts and the transaction volume within these agreements. Over time, this may transition into team-based performance targets.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, we believe you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven Experience in B2B Sales: Your track record in business-to-business sales showcases your ability to navigate this dynamic field effectively.
- Independence and Goal-Orientation: You're self-driven, capable of working independently, and relentlessly focused on achieving and surpassing objectives.
- Leadership Acumen or Aspirations: Whether you already have experience leading sales teams or harbor a strong desire to take on this role in the future, your leadership potential is a key asset.
- Proactive and Versatile: You're not just a doer; you're a proactive individual who excels equally in hands-on, day-to-day tasks and in shaping and executing strategic initiatives.
It's also great if you have:
- Experience in e-commerce, payments, or tech products.
