In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our finance department, overseeing various financial aspects and contributing to our company's growth.

About the Role:

• As a Financial Controller, you will have a pivotal role in our finance department.
  Your primary responsibilities include:
• Monitoring and overseeing the accounting for our three Swedish and EU-based companies. Just so you know, external accounting firms manage ongoing accounting.
• Collaborating with the CFO to ensure robust cash flow planning.
• Overseeing and executing payments to maintain a seamless payment flow.
• Ensuring precise monthly closures and accruals, including consolidation following IFRS standards.
• Being responsible for quarterly reporting in compliance with IFRS and audit requirements.
• Managing the annual report process for the parent company and the group, ensuring the completion of annual financial statements for subsidiary companies.
• Collaborating with and assisting the CFO in reporting analysis, and day-to-day accounting tasks.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you need a solid background in accounting and auditing. Your experience should equip you with the necessary knowledge to execute the previously mentioned work tasks precisely and efficiently.
Since our corporate language is English, fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is essential. Quickbit eu AB (publ) has been listed on NGM Nordic SME since July 2019, so experience from publicly listed companies is preferred.

The icing on the cake:
If you have experience with consolidation systems like Fortnox or VISMA and implementing new systems such as Netsuite this would be considered a plus.
