Job Description: At Quickbit, we recognise the pivotal role that design plays in our success, and we're actively seeking an exceptional UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of developers, collectively working towards ambitious growth targets. Your primary responsibility will be crafting engaging and user-centric interfaces across Quickbit's product portfolio.
As a UX Designer at Quickbit, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, operating at the intersection of payments and blockchain technology. Your core responsibilities will include enhancing user experiences and aligning our products with predefined objectives. This role is tactically oriented, where you'll contribute to the team's strategic roadmap and actively participate in addressing operational challenges that may arise along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to design intuitive user interfaces.
- Enhance user experiences by applying user-centered design principles.
- Shape product development by aligning designs with predefined objectives.
- Contribute to the team's strategic roadmap to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Actively participate in addressing operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in UX design and interface design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Lean UX methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Interest and ambition in visual design.
- Experience in web design.
- Familiarity with motion design.
- General aesthetic skills and interests.
Start Date: To be mutually agreed upon.
