About the Role:
In this role, you will focus on commercial contract law and corporate law. You will also contribute to product development and work closely with Compliance.

You'll lead contract reviews and negotiations with our partners and merchants, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and regulatory standards. As an integral part of our Legal & Compliance team, you'll provide corporate and commercial legal support to the organisation.

Depending on your previous experience and future ambitions, there is also a possibility to handle consumer law requirements as well as outsourcing aspects and contribute to making Quickbit ready for the forthcoming MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) regulation in 2024.

Qualifications:
We're seeking a candidate with:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience, either in-house or at a law firm.
• Proficiency in Commercial Contract Law and Corporate Law.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating and finalising agreements in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in working independently and driving projects and processes to completion
• A Swedish law degree.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or payments.
• Bonus Points for experience in data protection (GDPR), outsourcing, consumer law, and crypto.
