About the Role:

As a Product /UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in our Product team, working closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure user-centered design across web and app products. You’ll design user flows and interfaces from concept to final design, always balancing technical feasibility and aesthetic quality. You’ll also contribute to our evolving design system and be an active part of improving user experience across the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intuitive UX flows and UI for web and app products.

• Collaborate closely with tech teams and stakeholders in day-to-day product and development processes.

• Work systematically with existing design systems and help build and refine components for efficiency and consistency.

• Prepare and lead design workshops and present design proposals.

• Analyze customer data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

• Balance technical constraints with design quality to deliver the best possible user experience.

• Contribute throughout the full process, from early concepts to high-fidelity design.

• Understand and map out customer journeys and needs.

Requirements:

• Approximately 2 years of experience as a Product/UX Designer or similar role.

• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.

• Ability to design and develop user flows and interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.

• Experience collaborating directly with development teams.

• Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.

• Ability to balance technical feasibility with design aesthetics.

• Experience working from concept to final design delivery.

• Experience from design contribution in an agile development setup

• Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

We would also prefer if you have:

• Experience contributing to or building a design systems from scratch.

• Familiarity with UX research methods and A/B testing.

• Experience in industries such as fintech or e-commerce.

• Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate across teams.

• Basic understanding of CSS and frontend frameworks.
